To celebrate Women’s Entrepreneurship Day 2022 on 19 November, Rowe Advisory and Promitheia Procurement owner and CEO, Jody Rowe reflects on her experiences and the importance of celebrating, empowering and supporting women in business.
Jody comments: “Rowe Advisory celebrates its 9th anniversary next month and Promitheia Procurement celebrated its 2nd back in September. I’m proud to say that women play a pivotal role in both companies. At Rowe Advisory and Promitheia Procurement we’ve always championed women working in what were traditionally male dominated environments.
Jody continues: “In today’s changing and uncertain world, having a flexible business strategy and adapting your short to medium-term goals is necessary to account for unexpected circumstances and changes in the economic environment. Our business models enable us to work both remotely and on-site, so when Covid-19 hit, yes it was a real disruptor but we were able to carry on meeting our client’s needs worldwide.

“Setting-up and running your own business can be a roller-coaster ride but I would encourage other women thinking about starting their own business to actively pursue their ideas and dreams. It’s worth it!”
