Richard is a professional operations manager who works with businesses to deliver successful transformational change. He has led teams and managed change in the Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Construction and Coalbed Methane industries.

His experience is underpinned by many years of working within the workforce, amongst senior managers and across varied stakeholder groups. Richard draws on his depth of knowledge to improve safety, production and cost performance. His goal is to share his experiences, develop people and make a real difference to a business. Focusing on improving performance by developing leaders, he guides Managers past the traditional Management paradigms and introduces them to a Values based leadership mind-set. Drawing on his years at the sharp end of the business Richard has developed an experience-based action-centred model which he knows works to improve safety, production and cost performance.
