Chris is highly experienced in managing teams of consultants, employees and contractors in a business environment within the resource sector. His skill set includes process improvement, cost reduction and consolidation; training, recruitment and development; contract and procurement strategies and processes. Chris has broad experience working in upstream and downstream processes across a range of projects. During his time at QGC he was responsible for developing and executing a strategy for indirect C&P to centralise business service contracts from the capital projects and operations areas of the business. Following integration and execution of this, Chris went on to transition the indirect category into a successful operation. This accumulated experience and knowledge has given him a well-rounded understanding of the oil and gas industry.
