The 4 key themes observed at SA Minerals & Energy Services Future Forum

Rowe Advisory’s CEO, Jody Rowe, shares her experience and observations from the South Australia Minerals & Energy Services Future Forum.

During my visit to the SACOME Future Forum I was surrounded by a wealth of knowledge from experts in the resources industry who discussed, shared ideas and help build proficiency of the industry. There were four clear themes throughout the day which focused on the power of working together to compete, new technology building mines, the growth in the industry and the cost of compliance.

During the event, I was delighted to hear from Professor Emily Hilder, Director of University of South Australia. She spoke about the Futures Industries Accelerator (FIA) Program being offered University of South Australia. The program is in place to help support the development of improved and new industries in the State. It further helps utilise academic expertise and research infrastructure to address and range of relevant challenges face by industry partners.
